Ingredients

  • 2 medium sized beets, peeled and chopped

  • 1 orange, peeled and sliced

  • 1 lemon, peeled and sliced

  • 2 thumb sized pieces of ginger, peeled

Preparation

  • Place all ingredients in your blender and process until smooth.

  • Pour the juice through cheesecloth or a nut milk bag. To get all of the juice, squeeze the pulp.

  • Split the juice into 12 glass single-shot jars. Keep it refrigerated for a maximum of seven days.
